Welcome to the Cravers family. Now that you’ve created your profile, it’s time to start eating homemade cooked foods. We’re giving you this handy document to help you to do things easily. This document will guide you to understand the steps of your journey with the Cravers App.

No matter whether you are on an iOS OR Android device, steps are the same. So, no more talking. Jump right in!

Step 1

Once your profile is approved then you should see the ‘Dashboard’ screen on your app as the below screenshot On the Profile Setting page, you’ll find four more options like,

Carefully update all the fields on all of these pages. According to your supplied information, we will be able to find you. So please be careful about that.

Step 2

Now its time to order some foods. On the ‘Dashboard’, you’ll see homemade foods nearby your location. To order your desired food click on that food. In the next window you’ll see all the detail information of the cook. Carefully see Cook’s detail and then click on the ‘Order’ to order it.

The next window will be your order detail page. Here you have to specify your order quantity, input a coupon code (if any), the delivery option, delivery address and your payment details like your name, card details.

After entering all the details carefully, click on the ‘Order now’ button to order your food.

Now get relaxed. It is up to us to do the rest. When your food is prepared by the cook, you’ll get a notification. Depending on what you chose on the Delivery option, in the ‘Order’ page, either the cook will deliver the food or you have to pick it up from the cook’s location.

Congratulations! We’ve approved your COOK profile. Now you are a part of the Cravers team!

Welcome to the Cravers family. Now that we’ve approved your COOK profile, it’s time to start selling your homemade cooked foods. We’re giving you this handy document to help you to do things easily. This document will guide you to understand the steps of your journey with the Cravers App.

Step 1

Once your Cook profile is approved then you should see the ‘My Foods’ screen on your app as the below screenshot On this page, you should ‘Update Profile Banner. For the Profile Banner, JPEG or PNG is preferred the most. Take extra care for this banner as this is your chance to highlight your branding.

Carefully update all the fields on all of these pages. According to your supplied information, we will be able to find you. So please be careful about that.

Step 2

After filling up all the fields, now let’s go back to your ‘My Foods’ page. Now you’ll see your Profile Banner image. Just in case you can’t see the Banner image, just REFRESH the page by tapping the ‘Refresh’ icon on the top right corner of the page.

Now it’s time add your homemade foods so that your food can enter the marketplace and people can buy.

To add foods, just click on the ‘+’ icon or tap on ‘Add Food’.

On the ‘Add New Food’ page, you’ll see multiple options for your homemade food. Here you can change your food availability, set your food image, the Category of the food, Name of the food, Pricing, etc.

The Food menu item will look like the above image. Carefully fill in all the fields and always remember to toggle ON the ‘Food Availability button’ if you have foods available.

Once you are done with Adding your food, it’s time to go to the next step.

PRO TIP: ALWAYS ASK FOR A REASONABLE PRICE TO ATTRACK YOUR CUSTOMERS

Step 3

In the next step, you’ll be asked for your address details. Carefully fill in the address fields or use our interactive MAP option to drag to your desired address. If you are not sure of your accurate address, just tap on the ‘Find My Location’ icon located on the top of the page.

For the availability date, always try to keep a minimum window. Because as it is homemade food, the customer wants it to be freshly made, not a 3 days old refrigerated food. So, our suggestion is to keep the time duration close between AVAILABLE FROM and AVAILABLE TO times.

For the Delivery Options, please consider choosing the best option wisely. If you can deliver it by yourself, then include your delivery range and delivery fee (if applicable). You can also choose the option of ‘Customer will pick up’ or ‘Both options will be available’.

Now tap on ‘Start Selling’ right away. The moment you tap on it, a new Pop Up Window will appear ensuring you that your food has been added. Now tab OK and the App will redirect you to a ‘Congratulation’ page. From there, tab on ‘View Active Foods’ to go to your My Foods Dashboard.

To view your Food or Item details, click on your desired Food title from the list and you’ll move over to food details. Here you can see all the details of your food and you also can ‘Edit’, ‘Delete’ or ‘Change Availability’ of your food.

Step 4

Now surely someone will love your food and you just got an order.

Congrats! Your first order is placed! A notification counter (on the top right-hand side) will appear whenever you get a new order. The number displays the number of notifications you have received.

Tab on the Notification icon and you’ll see the number of orders you got. Choose one order from the order list to see the order location, Buyer details.

When you select the order page, as I said earlier, you’ll see the buyer’s full detail. Now if you want to serve the food to that particular buyer, start preparing the food. When the food is well prepared, you’ll see the ‘Change order status’ button with a YELLOW box on the top left corner of this ‘Buyer Details’ page. Now you should change it to ‘PREPARED’. A POP-UP will appear saying, ‘Are you sure you want to change stage to PREPARED?’ Tap OK.

Now your food is ready and prepared to deliver. According to what you have selected on the ‘Delivery Option’ either you deliver or the buyer will collect the food. This is as simple as it says! After delivering the food to your buyer, go back to your Notification and select the food you delivered.  A new option called ‘Change Delivery Stage’ will appear on the top of this page. From the bottom of this page, you can easily contact your buyer just with a single tap!

When you change the Delivery status, a new Pop-Up will appear for the FEEDBACK option. From both ends, this option will appear. Rate your Buyer and submit it to Cravers. If you have anything to say or to report anything, there will be a separate box on the bottom of this page called, ‘Contact Customer Team’.

The payment will go directly to your supplied Bank Account that you entered previously on your Profile page. Within 48 to 72 hours the payment will be delivered to your account and you will receive an email notification.

 We think we’ve made your journey smoother through the Cravers app navigation. Now the Cravers app can let you earn some money by selling the foods that are made by you at your own home! Let’s start the journey. It is a great opportunity for both of us as we both are newbies. Shake hands and Cheers!
